Triggers of Divine Favour 3

Apostle Johnson Suleman

Bible Text

Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing.

Genesis 12:1-2

Devotional

Your location in life determines your allocation. Until you are where God has positioned you, you may not experience the favour of God. God had to get Abram out of his country and father’s house in order for him to experience favour.

Many people join the trend of moving to popular cities without divine leading. Some have gotten engaged in businesses without seeking the counsel of God. The Bible says, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death” (Proverbs 14:12).

It takes sensitivity to divine positioning to enjoy a continuous flow of divine favour. This is one reason many are suffering in the very place where others who are divinely located are triumphing. In the right location, you are rightly connected to the right people. But in the wrong location, the opposite is the case. Even in the manger, the wise men located Jesus and blessed Him with gold, frankincense and myrrh, all He would need in His lifetime because God positioned Him there. Just let God position you where He has ordained to bless you and in what He has designed to bless you with.

I pray for you that you will not be manipulated out of the right location.

Prayer

My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, wherever You have not ordained for me to be that is responsible for my disfavour, pluck me out of there and plant me in the right location by fire.
